The social distancing, the masks, the fear mongering, the other students having meltdowns if he stood up from his chair without his mask broke my son last year. He had a breakdown and refused to go back. I drove him and he threatened to throw himself out of the moving car and to jump off the bridge. He was in tears and panicking when I did pull up. I called the school and told them he wouldn’t be attending. He was homeschooled at his grandparents in the middle of nowhere for the next week. Extensive therapy I finally have my kid back. He wants to return maskless and fight for his right to be at school.
