Breathing Attacks due to lack of oxygen

My child was forced to play outside and do sports while wearing a mask.  He had 2 episodes where he turned purple and could not catch his breath. After he removed the mask his lungs were pulsating and his oxygen levels dropped. Once mask was removed and he was able to breath an adequate amount of oxygen and less CO2 his breathing regulated. My grade 5 has complained of having a difficult time breathing while wearing the mask at school. My grade 2 is mask exempt and has faced bullying, condemnation, and discrimination from students and teachers during school. Mandatory masks are child abuse.

My grade 5 has complained of having a difficult time breathing while wearing the mask at school. She has a rash from ear to ear a from her nose down caused by the mask along with dark circles under her eyes.
