Headaches, rash, and mouth sores

I have 5 kids who are in school 7 hours a day and are required to wear masks. They may remove them to eat, drink water, or for gym class if they are outdoors. All of them have had severe headaches, facial rashes and acne around the mouth, as well as mouth sores inside their mouths. Every day they take a newly washed, highly breathable mask but it does not help. Age18,16,16,13,11LocationELMHURST IL
